PB & J Smoothie
/- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1 handful frozen greens
- 1-2 Tbs peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 cup of almond milk, unsweetened
- pinch of cinnamon
Add ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. If necessary, add a few Tbsp of water to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy!
