Lemon Tahini Dressing
/- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- pinch of salt
Whisk together dressing ingredients, adding small amounts of cold water as needed to achieve smooth and creamy consistency. Serve as a salad dressing, or a bright sauce for chicken, salmon, falafel, roasted vegetables, and grains.
