Mango Mojito Sorbet

This DIY sorbet is refreshing and decadent.  The best part?  Only 3 ingredients: mango and mint:  talk about a guilt-free indulgence!

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 lime, juice + zest
  • 1 mint leaf

In a food processor or blender, puree the mango with lime juice + zest.  (If necessary, add a tsp of water at a time, to achieve a sorbet consistency)  Add the mint leaf and pulse a few more times.  Feeling spicy?  Add a dash of cayenne for a subtle kick!
